"Are You Worried About Being Repossessed?"

Repossessions in the UK are unfortunately at a record level! as many people continue to fall behind on their mortgage and other secured debts for one reason or another.

This may be due to…..

Relationship breakdown, Illness or death in family, unemployment, prioritising other debts and lack of ability to manage money.

your monthly mortgage is £450 and

In today’s market you would need to reduce the price to probably £80,000 to attract any interest from the open market which you cannot do because you will need at least £85,000 in order to clear off your outstanding mortgage and arrears.

Approaching a cash buyer won't be much help to you either because most can only offer you between 70 - 75% market value (offers of £70,000 - £75,000 based on a market value of £100,000). You will need at least £85,000 in order to move on.

The longer you keep it, the more it will drain on your finances and no doubt the further behind you will be with your mortgage which will undoubtedly result in REPOSSESSION!

We could offer you the following solution:

  • We could pay off your £2,000 arrears thus stopping the repossession order...

  • We could take over and pay your £450 mortgage every month for let's say 5 years...

  • We could take over and manage your property. You would have no worries or hassles as we will take care of all bills, repairs etc.. and management of the property all at our cost not yours.

All that we ask is that:

  • You would give us an 'option' to buy your property at a fixed price of e.g. £95,000 anytime within the next 5 years...

If we decided to buy the property anytime within the next 5 years at e.g. £95,000, you would make £10,000 after paying off your mortgage of £85,000. You would have also avoided repossession and stopped your future credit rating from being severely damaged.

Everything goes through legally approved solicitors too which obviously puts your mind at rest knowing that everything is legal and above board.

We would obviously be happy too because we would have the option to buy your property anytime in 5 years at a price we agreed today and we would also receive rent money every month from our tenant.
