Work?
Step 1.
Apply online and send us details of your property. It
will only
take a couple of
minutes of your time.
Step 2.
We will call you ASAP to discuss your circumstances with you
and to make
you an 'offer in principle.'
Step 3.
If you accept our 'offer in principle' we will then send out
a surveyor to value
your house (at our cost not yours) and will provide you with
a written offer.
Step 4.
We then instruct solicitors and proceed to buy your house
quickly and easily.
(We even pay your solicitor fees for you).
Step 5.
Complete on any date that suits you.
The whole process can normally
be completed in just a few short weeks if not sooner.
